Privacy Policy

To operate a shared family account, we collect:

• Name and email address for the family admin and any members they add, used to identify members within a family and to send account-related emails (like a lost join code).
• Family data you create — tasks, challenges, goals, rewards, points, and weekly mood check-ins — stored so your family can see it across devices.
• Device push notification token, used only to deliver notifications relevant to your family (task approvals, challenge reminders, mood alerts).
• Purchase information for Premium subscriptions, handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details.

We use the information above solely to provide and improve Home Huddle's features: syncing family data across devices, sending the notifications you'd expect, verifying Premium subscription status, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or ad tracking.

Family data is only visible to members of that specific family — people who joined using your family's join code or QR code. We do not share your family's data with other families or with third parties, except with service providers (such as our cloud infrastructure and email delivery provider) strictly to operate the app.

We retain your data for as long as your family account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at elebvision@gmail.com and we'll remove it within a reasonable timeframe.

Home Huddle is intended to be used by families, including as a tool parents use to assign chores to children. Child members are added and managed by the family admin (a parent or guardian), who is responsible for the information entered on a child's behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
